CJ Management, LLC (CJM) has developed over 6,000 units of single family homes, townhomes and apartments throughout New Jersey. CJM’s commercial portfolio includes development of shopping centers and office buildings in central New Jersey. In addition, through our consulting arm, we provide real estate consulting and management services to financial institutions and investors with a focus on distressed assets. We are a family owned business spanning three generations since 1965.

CJM manages a portfolio of “owned” apartments as well as retail and office facilities. We are currently developing both residential―through our Suncrest Communities residential division―and commercial properties. Due to our steady growth, we continue to actively evaluate commercially zoned parcels for potential development.

Arcturus Group, LLC, our real estate consulting arm, serves the financial industry by analyzing troubled assets and maximizing the recovery from those assets through aggressive management and capital plan development leading to recovery. CJM partners with you to optimize our working relationship.
